Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to decline any order.  If an order is placed, and there is a description or pricing error, we will email you within 24 hours, to advise you of the error, and to offer a resolution to the problem.

Order by Fax:  713.661.2697 Shipping Charges will be added as follows:

USA Orders.  Shipped anywhere within the USA.  Standard Shipping is Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS.  Please contact us for alternative shipping options.  8.25% Sales tax will be added for Texas residents.  Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.   Special large sets need special handling.

Canadian Orders.  Shipped to Canada.  Please note that our prices exclude any relevant local customs duty & taxes.

All of our products come with a 10 day total satisfaction guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase you may return it within 10 days for a full refund.  Please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem first.
